What's a CAI Plus Accredited installer?

We've just had our CAI accredition renewed for another year, something which we've had for over 10 years now. But what does it mean to be accredited?

As we believe in good quality work and we believe all trades should be accountable and work to certain standards. We have always felt the need to be registered with the best trade organisation for our profession.

The CAI was originally set up in the UK to establish standards in the aerial and satellite industry. It has progressed over the years to work alongside other trades too. Whether the member is an installing company, consultant, distributor or manufacturer we all have to demonstrate that we're experts in our area of the audio, video and data reception and distribution industry.

So what does it mean for you?

If you use a CAI member you know that you should have someone who is:

  • Well trained to industry standards.

  • Continually reassessed to ensure standards are maintained.

  • Fully guaranteed work

  • Fully insured

  • Ensure we have a competent workforce who have all been through the public disclosure Scotland checks

We do so many checks that we carry the Trustmark government accreditation too so you know that we only employ reputable and trustworthy tradesmen.
